1. Promotion Period: The I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!®Spraychel for President Sweepstakes and Instant Win Game (the "Promotion") begins at 12:00:01 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on June 23, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on July 27, 2008 (the "Promotion Period").

2. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age and older as of date of entry. Employees of Conopco, Inc., d/b/a Unilever, Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies (collectively "Sponsor and its Administrators") and the immediate family members of each, are not eligible to participate or win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. How to Play the Instant Win Game and Enter the Finalist Sweepstakes Drawing: During the Promotion Period, you may enter via the following methods: 1) Online: Visit www.votespraychel.com (the "Site") and either vote for Spraychel or play the online game. You will then be directed to fill in all required registration information to receive an entry into the Finalist Sweepstakes Drawing. If you are a returning player, you can visit the Site, log in and either vote for Spraychel or play the online game to receive an entry into the Finalist Sweepstakes Drawing and if you played the online game, to find out if you are an instant winner. You may vote for Spraychel once per day. You may receive up to five (5) Finalist Sweepstakes Drawing entries per day by playing the online game once you have registered. Limit of up to six (6) Finalist Sweepstakes Drawing entries per person per day via the vote/online game method of entry. Limit five (5) instant win game plays per person per day. All instant win game plays must be complete by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on July 27, 2008. To receive additional entries into the Finalist Sweepstakes Drawing, use the online refer a friend form to submit the names and email addresses of friends who you think will be interested in the Promotion. For each friend who subsequently clicks on the link provided in the email he/she receives, you will receive one entry into the Finalist Sweepstakes Drawing. Please note, you may not enter your own name and email address for the refer a friend method of entry. Limit of up to ten (10) Finalist Sweepstakes Drawing entries per person per day via the refer a friend method of entry. 2) Mail-In: On a plain 3" x 5" paper, hand print your complete name, full address, including zip code, daytime telephone number, e-mail address and date of birth, and mail your completed entry in a hand-addressed, stamped envelope, to: I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spraychel For President Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 7874, Melville, NY 11775-7874. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per envelope per day. All mail-in entries must be postmarked on or before 7/28/08 and received by 8/4/08. 3) DIRECTV iTV: Beginning 7/14/08 through 7/27/08, if you are a DIRECTV iTV subscriber and have not already received your maximum daily entry limit, you may receive one (1) additional entry per day into the Finalist Sweepstakes Drawing by turning your TV to channel 115, watching the "Spraychel for President" video and following the prompts to submit your entry. Limit one (1) entry per person per day via the DIRECTV iTV method of entry. 4) E! On Demand: Beginning 7/2/08 through 7/27/08, if you are an E! On Demand subscriber and if you have a text messaging capable device and have not already received your maximum daily entry limit, you may receive one (1) additional entry per day into the Finalist Sweepstakes Drawing by watching the "Spraychel for President" episode and sending a text message with the word "Vote" or "Spraychel" from your handset to the number provided on the screen. Once you send your text message, you will receive a thank you text message in return. You will be charged for each text message sent or received from your text messaging capable device according to the terms in your Service Agreement with your carrier. Limit one (1) entry per person/mobile phone via the E! On Demand method of entry. There is a total limit of sixteen (16) Finalist Sweepstakes Drawing entries per person per day regardless of method of entry. All eligible non mail-in Finalist Sweepstakes Drawing entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on July 27, 2008, to be eligible for the Finalist Sweepstakes Drawing. Normal Internet access, phone/usage charges imposed by your on-line/phone service will apply. All entries become property of the Sponsor.

4. Finalist Sweepstakes Prize, Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") and Finalist Sweepstakes Drawing: Finalist Prize (1): A 4-day/3-night trip for two (2) to a Sponsor specified destination to attend the Grand Prize Event (detailed below in Rule #5). Sweepstakes Finalist Prize includes round-trip economy-class air transportation from the major United States airport nearest to Finalist's home, round trip transportation between the airport and destination city, three (3) nights hotel accommodations in destination city (based on double occupancy) and $750 spending money for Finalist, awarded in the form of a check (ARV: $5,000). All travel must be completed on dates specified by Sponsor. Dates of departure and return are subject to change. In the event the Finalist Prize winner lives within a 150-mile radius of destination city, round-trip limousine transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation and no additional compensation will be provided. Actual retail value of Finalist Prize may vary due to winner's state of residence and fares at time of travel. The Finalist will be selected randomly on or about August 5, 2008, from among all eligible Finalist Sweepstakes Drawing entries received. The Finalist Sweepstakes Drawing will be conducted by Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the Finalist Sweepstakes Drawing. The Finalist will be notified by mail, e-mail and/or phone. Odds of winning the Finalist Sweepstakes Prize depend upon the total number of eligible Finalist Sweepstakes Drawing entries received.

5. Grand Prize Event, Grand Prize and ARV: The Finalist must be present at the Grand Prize Event on the date, time and location specified by Sponsor (provided to Finalist prior to the Grand Prize Event) in order to participate in the Grand Prize Event to determine if he/she is the winner of the Grand Prize. If Finalist cannot attend the Grand Prize Event, he/she will not be eligible to win the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize Event will consist of the Finalist being required to place six Sponsor-selected items/phrases in order. If the Finalist's order matches the Sponsor's predetermined order, the Finalist will receive the Grand Prize. Grand Prize (1): The President of the United States' salary, awarded as a $400,000 check. Odds of the Finalist winning the Grand Prize are 1:720.

6. Instant Win Prize, Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") and Approximate Odds of Winning: Instant Win Prize (1,225 – 35 per day): A $15 Target gift card (ARV: $15 each). The approximate odds of winning an Instant Win Prize are 1:530. Gift cards subject to restrictions and expiration dates may apply. Unclaimed/unredeemed instant win prizes will not be awarded. Limit one (1) instant win prize per person/email address. All Instant Win Prizes or prize notification will be sent approximately 6 – 8 weeks after the conclusion of the Promotion.

7. Verification: All winners are subject to verification of eligibility. All material submitted becomes the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. If, due to an error of any kind, more winning names are determined as instant winners, or more instant win prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded according to Rule #6, the intended instant win prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified instant win prize claims received. In no event will the Sponsor be obligated to award more than the stated number of prizes. Use of automated entry devices or programs is prohibited. The Sponsor and its agencies assume no responsibility for any injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer relating to or resulting from entering or downloading materials or software in connection with the Promotion.

8. General Rules: The Administrator will make three (3) attempts to contact the potential Finalist via phone within 24 hours from the time winner selection was accomplished. If Administrator is unable to reach the potential Finalist via phone within this time frame, he/she will be disqualified and an alternate will be selected. Potential Finalist will then be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, liability/publicity release (except where prohibited by law) within three (3) days of notification attempt or the Finalist Prize will be forfeited and alternate winner may be selected. Affidavit package will be mailed via overnight mail with a pre-paid overnight return envelope included or sent via email. Finalist must travel on dates specified by Sponsor. Finalist must be able to participate in the Grand Prize Event on date specified by Sponsor. Finalist airline tickets are for travel from major airport in the United States nearest Finalist's home to the destination city. Airline carrier's regulations and conditions apply. Finalist trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Finalist and travel companion must travel together on the same itinerary. Travel companion of Finalist (or parent/legal guardian if travel companion is a minor) will be required to execute a Release of Liability prior to departure. Finalist and travel companion must possess valid travel documents (i.e., valid passport, visa, photo ID, etc.) in order to travel. Certain travel restrictions apply. Seat selection and timing of trip subject to availability and confirmation of reservations. No refunds or credit for changes are allowed. All other expenses and costs, not expressly listed above, including, but not limited to, taxes, tips, entertainment, transfers, and transportation to airport to and from Finalist's home residence are Finalist's sole responsibility. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion of prize) of equal or greater value in the event the prize is unavailable. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. All federal, state and local taxes on the Finalist Prize (and Grand Prize if applicable) are the sole responsibility of Finalist/Grand Prize Winner (or the parent/guardian if Finalist is a minor in his/her state of residence). By participating in the Promotion, entrants/participants (and their parents or legal guardians, if entrant is a minor in his/her state of residence) agree to be bound by the official rules and the decisions of the judges. Sponsor and its Administrators are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promotion or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the instant win game plays/Finalist Sweepstakes Drawing entries in the Promotion. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the instant win game play/Finalist Sweepstakes Drawing entry process or the operation of the instant win game or Site; violates the official rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Entries generated by script or bot are not eligible. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the cellular phone or email address used to enter, if applicable, will be deemed to be the entrant. "Authorized account holder" of a cellular phone is the natural person in whose name the phone has been issued and to whom services are billed. "Authorized account holder" of an email address is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet Access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Internet, DIRECTV iTV, E! On Demand and/or text-messaging portions of the Promotion if it is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other problems beyond the control of the Sponsor and award all Instant Win Prizes claimed and Sweepstakes Finalist Prize from among all eligible Internet, DIRECTV iTV, E! On Demand and/or text-messaging Finalist Sweepstakes Drawing entries/instant win plays received prior to cancellation and all eligible mail-in entries received. Sponsor and its Administrators and each of their respective affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in the Promotion or any prize awarded. Finalist/Winner (or the parent/guardian if Finalist/Winner is a minor in his/her state of residence) assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in the Promotion or use or redemption of any prize. Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission to use winners' names and likenesses for promotional purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the Promotion materials or the offering or announcement of the prizes. As a condition of entering the Contest, participant (or parent/legal guardian if participant is a minor) agrees that: 1) under no circumstance will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages, other than for out-of-pocket expenses; 2) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest or the prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and 3) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys fees. You hereby represent and warrant that you have read these rules and are fully familiar with its contents.

9. Winner: For the name of the Finalist, available after August 30, 2008, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope by September 15, 2008, to: Spraychel for President Winner, P.O. Box 7999, Melville, NY 11775-7999.
